We work largely with products that are made to order. For standard items that are in stock, shipping time is 1–3 business days. For on-demand products, we start production after your order. Total processing time is usually between 2 weeks and 6 months, depending on complexity and workload. Once your order is ready, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking.

DIY kits usually ship within 2-4 weeks according to the chosen shipping method.

A pre-order means that the product is not yet immediately available but can already be ordered. An expected delivery date is often provided.

On request means that the product is only produced after you order it. This results in a custom-made prop or costume part, but the delivery time is slightly longer.

We only ship within Europe. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by country.

Shipping costs are automatically calculated during checkout based on your location and the package size. Any import duties or customs fees are for the buyer's account.

Orders can only be cancelled as long as production or processing has not yet started. For commissions or on-demand products, cancellation is often no longer possible once the project has entered production.

We offer both options. DIY kits are intended for self-finishing and require post-processing. Additionally, we also offer fully finished products that are ready for immediate use or display.

A DIY kit consists of multiple 3D-printed parts that you need to assemble and finish yourself. This includes sanding, gluing, priming, and painting. This gives you complete control over the final result.

Our prints are made from filaments such as CosPLA, ABS, ASA, PETG, and Resin. These materials offer a good balance between detail, strength, and finishability.

Our prints are sturdy enough for cosplay and display. However, they are not intended for heavy use, impact, or functional applications.

Yes, our products are designed with portability in mind. For optimal comfort, we recommend adding padding or lining for DIY builds.

For the best results, you'll need at least: sandpaper, glue, primer, and paint. For extra quality, you can use filler, an airbrush, and protective coatings. See also our finishing kits; these already contain many of the materials needed for our DIY kits.

Experience is not mandatory, but useful. With patience and the right tools, beginners can also achieve great results.

Yes, for selected products we also offer fully finished versions. These are professionally finished and ready for immediate use.

Yes, we offer finishing kits with essential materials so you can get started on your build right away.

Yes, we can custom-make products. Please contact us for this.

For each product, you will find a size chart and measuring instructions.

Use a tape measure and measure around your head, just above your ears and eyebrows. This is the most accurate size.

Yes, we offer custom projects (see commissions). This can range from small adjustments to full custom builds.

The price depends on the size, complexity, and finish. After your request, you will receive a non-binding price estimate.

You send your idea via the contact form or WhatsApp. We then discuss the possibilities and make a proposal.

Yes, we offer a warranty on manufacturing defects. This does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by use.

For commissions from €500, we sometimes offer payment in installments. This is always done in consultation and is assessed per project. The full amount must be paid before a commission is shipped or collected.

We accept various secure payment methods, including iDEAL, PayPal, credit card, and Bancontact. The available payment options will be displayed automatically during checkout.

For commissions, we usually require a deposit before we start designing, printing, or producing. The exact terms and conditions will be clearly discussed beforehand.
